Our restaurant works fully as a team. We help each other out, with any and all tasks within the purview of the business. Successes and failures are shared by us all.
Duties:
- Working in the kitchen, adhering to food safety measures and procedures.
- Cooking any array of menu items, current and forthcoming.
- Preparing items to be cooked.
- Washing dishes and cleaning tasks will also be required, as everyone works cohesively as a team.
- The role might include using a knife, operating heavy machinery, and working with hot kitchen equipment.
- Other responsibilities include opening or closing tasks and cleaning the restaurant.
We require that you be able to do the following:
- Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Excellent physical mobility.
- Work on your feet for 5 hours or more at a time.
- Open availability to meet scheduling needs.
